Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS JULY 1, 2008 AT 12:01 AM EASTERN TIME AND ENDS SEPTEMBER 30, 2008 AT 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND 25 YEARS OF AGE AS OF THE START DATE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, GUAM, AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRANTS UNDER THE AGE OF THE MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE MUST GET PERMISSION FROM THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Sponsor: S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes ("Sponsor") and is located at 1525 Howe St. Racine, WI 53403. Alloy Media + Marketing ("Alloy") is solely responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes and for the fulfillment of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries or the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should contact Alloy at 151 West 26th Street, NY, NY 10001 ("Sweepstakes Address") with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

1. Entry: You can enter the Sweepstakes one of two ways.

a. Online Entry - To enter the Sweepstakes online you must complete the official registration form accessed at the Sweepstakes website at www.skintimatesweeps.com which requests your first and last name, email address, and date of birth. Online entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2008.

b. Mail Entry - To enter the Sweepstakes by mail, send a hand-written postage paid postcard no larger than 4 ˝ inches by 6 inches (no envelopes accepted) to "Skintimate™ Sweepstakes", c/o Alloy 151 West 26th Street, NY, NY 10001 and include your first and last name, mailing address, age and phone number. All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or after July 1, 2008 and no later than September 30, 2008. All mail-in entries must be received no later than October 6, 2008.

Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations (either by mail or online) will be disqualified. Subject to the foregoing restriction and as follows, multiple entries will be accepted regardless of method: online entries are restricted to one per person per day per valid email address and mail-entries are restricted to one person per day per street address and must be mailed separately. Multiple entries from the same individual that do not meet the conditions in these Rules will be disregarded. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

2. Eligibility: Employees (and employees' immediate family or household members) of Sponsor, Alloy and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate.

3. Privacy: By entering into the Sweepstakes, you agree that Sponsor's use of your personal information, as described in the Privacy Statement at http://www.scjbrands.com/privacy applies to your entry. Please check that URL for further information on use of your personal information.

4. Winner Selection: The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 10, 2008, to be conducted by Alloy designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone. Potential winner must accept a Prize within seven (7) business days of notification by either email or telephone. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in Prize forfeiture and an alternate winner shall be selected. The potential Prize winner and, if the potential Prize winner is under the age of the majority in their state, the potential Prize winner's parent or legal guardian, may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (where permitted) and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of notification. In the event of non-compliance within this time period, an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Alloy. Alloy and Sponsor are not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant's email does not work or if entrant's email, telephone number or street address, as applicable, is changed.

5. Prizes:

GRAND PRIZES: Ninety-two (92) $100 dELiA*s Gift Certificates and Sponsor Gift Package. Ninety-two (92) Grand Prize winners will each be awarded a $100 dELiA*s gift certificate redeemable online for future purchases at www.delias.com or through dELiA*s catalog and a Skintimate gift pack (ARV: $8) of assorted Sponsor products (Total ARV: $108 each). No refunds will be given for any unused portion of any certificates. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Terms and conditions of issuer of Gift Certificate apply. Sizes and styles are to be selected from then-current available inventory on line or through the catalog and are subject to availability.

APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF EACH GRAND PRIZE IS $108. TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL SWEEPSTAKES IS $9,936.00

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value. No other substitutions allowed.

6. General Conditions:

a. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, online entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted during entry. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Alloy reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the Prize or part of the Prize. No part of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. The Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize. If Prize is forfeited, an additional drawing at random from eligible entries will be made to determine a winner. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded.

b. Eb. Except where prohibited by law, each winner (and parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Alloy, Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting under the authority of each to use such winner's name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the world wide web, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. Entrants further agree that Alloy, Sponsor, their respective parents, successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way to this harmless by entrants and guests (and parent/legal guardian if entrant or guest is a minor) against, any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property in connection with the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Neither Alloy nor Sponsor makes any representations or warranties concerning the safety or performance of any prize awarded. Other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Neither Alloy nor Sponsor will replace any lost or stolen prize items.

7. Conduct: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Alloy designated representatives regarding the Official Rules, eligibility, Sweepstakes administration and awarding of prizes, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Alloy and Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of any of the Sweepstakes or any website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unethical, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OR THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ALLOY AND SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitations of Liability: AAlloy and Sponsor, their respective parents, successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way to the Sweepstakes ("Released Parties") are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration, of entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Alloy or Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Alloy and Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

9. Winner's List: To obtain a printed copy of the names' of the winners or a copy of the Official Rules by mail, send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to: Skintimate™ Sweepstakes, c/o Alloy, LLC, 151 West 26th Street, NY, NY 10001 Request must be received no later than February 1, 2008 for the names' of the winners and by the end of the Sweepstakes for a copy of the Official Rules.
